Somebody named Andrew Basiago has written a paper called The Discovery of Life on Mars.

Page 5, top, has a very interesting picture of 2 humanoids, but the rest of his pictures don't impress me.

You probably won't be able to identify these forms unless you view it magnified. Basiago believes that these are statues.
